Helping Hands Open House

Helping Hands Open House even is seeking volunteers to sew clothing for unhoused children, event will be held at St. Luke Episcopal Church, located at 426 East Fourth Plain Blvd., from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. May 21.
Experienced sewers familiar with knit and woven fabrics and knowledge of using a serger are needed. Fabric kits are provided and sewing machines and sergers are available for use at the facility. Or attendees may opt to pick up kits and sew at home.
