Portland Winter Light Festival, Feb. 3-11

The Portland Winter Light Festival is an annual event of the Willamette Light Brigade, a non-profit arts organization. The festival is presented for free and brings art and technology to a broad audience while invigorating Portland in the winter. Events will be happening at Pioneer Courthouse Square, World Trade Center Plaza, and the Electric Blocks at Southeast Second and Clay. Hours are from 6 to 10 p.m. Feb. 3, 4, 10 and 11.
