Tuna Canning Class

A trained Washington State University and Oregon State University Master Food Preserver will teach students how to safely preserve tuna with a pressure canner during a free workshop from 6-8 p.m. Sept. 24 at the 78th Street Heritage Farm in Hazel Dell. Participants will see a demonstration on preparing tuna, packing jars and pressure canner use.
