The Vancouver Arts and Music Festival is July 31-Aug. 3 at Esther Short Park in downtown Vancouver. The free festival features outdoor stages, local art vendors, a juried art exhibition and family activities. Hear Grammy Award-winning artists Renée Fleming, Mark and Maggie O’Connor and Sharon Isbin perform with the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra. Festival hours are 5 to 9:30 p.m. July 31 and 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Aug. 1, 2 and 3. Learn more at www.vancouverartsandmusicfestival.com.
