Northwest Personal Training offers free online fitness classes at 7:30 a.m. Mondays-Saturdays in December. Classes, taught by personal trainers, are 30-60 minutes long and can be accessed at facebook.com/nwpersonaltraining. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays are full body muscle conditioning; Tuesdays are kickboxing, dancing and core conditioning; Thursdays are yoga (yoga mat required); and Saturdays are indoor cycling (indoor bike required).
