Art in the Pearl Fine Arts and Crafts Festival

Art n the Pearl Fine Arts and Crafts Festival is Aug. 31 to Sept. 2 on Portland’s North Park Blocks. Hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Aug. 31 and Sept. 1 and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sept. 2. Admission is free. The festival features art by 130 visual artists selected to exhibit their work by an independent jury panel comprised of working artists and art professionals.
