freeThe Cascade Park and La Center libraries will both have Noon Year’s Eve on Dec. 31 with crafts, music, dancing and a countdown to noon.
La Center Community Library, 1411 N.E. Lockwood Creek Road, La Center, will offer a Noon Year’s Eve party for babies, toddlers, preschoolers and families from 11 a.m. to noon Dec. 21. Kids will enjoy crafts, music and dancing.
Cascade Park Community Library, 600 N.E. 136th Ave., Vancouver, will host a Noon Year’s Eve party for kids, tweens, teens and families from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Dec. 31.
