The Portland Winter Light Festival will dazzle Portland from Feb. 7-15, with 150 art installations and light performances, all free to attend at locations including the Electric Blocks, Director Park, Waterfront Park, Big Pink, Ankeny Alley and the Central Eastside. Highlights include the opening night ceremony at 7 p.m. Feb. 7 at Pioneer Courthouse Square; large-scale light sculptures; the Glow Bar pop-up bar with art, DJs, seasonal cocktails, dumplings and burgers, open to all ages from 6 to 8 p.m. and ages 21 and over until midnight; Illuminated Bike Ride at 7 p.m. Feb. 8; Little Luminaries Procession for children at 6:30 p.m. Feb. 15 at The Judy; Lantern Procession at the World Trade Center at 6:30 p.m. Feb. 15; and a silent disco.
