Vancouver Family Magazine’s 15 Annual Children’s Festival

Vancouver Family Magazine will host their 15th annual Children’s Festival at the Vancouver Mall from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sept. 24.

Event will include free face painting, balloon art, performances, games, activities, prizes, community resources and more.
