Michael Cleveland and Flamekeeper perform bluegrass at The Old Church

Enjoy live bluegrass at 7 p.m. Jan 29 at The Old Church Concert Hall, 1422 S.W. 11th Ave., Portland, when Grammy Award-winner Michael Cleveland and his band Flamekeeper take the stage. Tickets are $32 general admission or $35 on the day of the show. Cleveland is a renowned bluegrass fiddler who just this year received a National Heritage Fellowship, the U.S. government’s highest honor in the folk and traditional arts. Cleveland has been named the International Bluegrass Association’s fiddler of the year on twelve separate occasions. His latest project, 2019’s Tall Fiddler won a Grammy for best Blue Bluegrass Album.
