The Lower Columbia Estuary Partnership and the Watershed Alliance are hosting an Earth Day Guided Hike from 9 to 11 a.m. April 22 at Vancouver Lake Regional Park, 6801 N.W. Lower River Road, Vancouver. The hike will cover about two miles along a four-mile out-and-back gravel trail. Participants will look for migrating birds while the guide shares information about watersheds and native plants. The hike is open to all ages and offered in English and Spanish. Binoculars and printed materials will be available. The flat trail is accessible for most hikers using wheelchairs, mobility equipment or strollers.
