In honor of the Camas Library‘s 100th anniversary, the library will present “History Speaks! The Forgotten Front: Gender, Labor, and Politics in Camas, Washington, and the Northwest Paper Industry, 1913-1918,” a free lecture from 6 to 7 p.m. April 26 in Meeting Rooms A and B upstairs at 625 N.E. Fourth Ave., Camas. Bradley Richardson, Executive Director of the Clark County Historical Museum, will share the fascinating research from his doctoral dissertation of the same title. Learn more about the oft-named “Forgotten Mayor” of Camas, Oliver T. Clark. The event is free and open to the public and registration is not required.
