The Clark County Historical Museum presents the next History on Tap at 7 p.m. July 20 at the Kiggins Theatre, 1011 Main St., Vancouver. Historian and author Katrine Barber will present “Identity and the New Thought Philosophy: A Look at Alzamon Ira Lucas.” The program will explore the life of New Thought spiritualist and lecturer, Alzamon Ira Lucas, and the importance of New Thought in Black religious life. Tickets are $15 in advance or $18 on the day of the show. Historical society members are $12.
