Columbia River High School plant sale

Vancouver schools’ are offering fundraising plant sales in April featuring hanging baskets, ornamentals, vegetables, fruits, native plants, herbs and more. All proceeds support student clubs and classes. The plant fair at Columbia River High School, 800 N.W. 99th St., is 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. April 29. The Columbia River High School sale in the school greenhouse features flowers, hanging baskets, native plants, and organic/non GMO/heirloom vegetables. The proceeds support Columbia River High School Students’ FFA State Competition trip to Kennewick, competing in agricultural sales. Small pots are $2, medium pots are $3 and hanging baskets are $15. Payment is by cash or check.

Plant sales will also be held at Fort Vancouver High School on April 26, 27 and 28, at Hudson’s Bay High School on April 25, 26, 27 and 28 and at Vancouver Flex Academy on May 6. More information and plant lists can be found on vansd.org/plant-sales-2023/.
