The next Ghost Town Poetry Open Mic Night features Joanne Renee Boswell at Art at the Cave, 108 E. Evergreen Blvd., at 7 p.m. May 11. There’s a $5 suggested donation to attend. Camas resident Boswell is a poet, photographer, teacher, director, mystic and mother. Boswell’s first book, “Cosmic Pockets,” is a full-length collection of poetry and photography. Her chapbook, “breath so hungry,” is a love letter. Her second full-length collection is a forthcoming coloring poetry book in collaboration with two illustrators called “Meta-Verse.” Joann has been a poetry editor for Untold Volumes and VoiceCatcher.
