Ghost Town Poetry Open Mic Features Joanne Renee Boswell

The next Ghost Town Poetry Open Mic Night features Joanne Renee Boswell at Art at the Cave, 108 E. Evergreen Blvd., at 7 p.m. May 11. There’s a $5 suggested donation to attend. Donations can be made in person or through Christopher Luna’s PayPal account (christopherjluna@gmail.com). Include a memo stating that the money is for Ghost Town Poetry.

Camas resident Boswell is a poet, photographer, teacher, director, mystic and mother. Boswell’s first book, “Cosmic Pockets,” is a full-length collection of poetry and photography. Her chapbook, “breath so hungry,” is a love letter. Her second full-length collection is a forthcoming coloring poetry book in collaboration with two illustrators called “Meta-Verse.” Joann has been a poetry editor for Untold Volumes and VoiceCatcher.
