McClaskey Culinary Institute Open House

Clark College offers McClaskey Culinary Institute Open House from 8 a.m. to noon May 20 to give prospective students a taste of Clark College’s Cuisine Management and Professional Baking and Pastry Arts programs. The open house includes a continental breakfast, question-and-answer session with faculty and hands-on break-out sessions for barbecue, kitchen skills, breads and pastry.
