The first annual Washougal Songcraft Festival kicks off 6 p.m. Aug. 11 with a lineup of original songwriters from the Pacific Northwest. Enjoy an outdoor all-ages concert at 54-40 Brewing, 3801 S. Truman St. #1, Washougal, featuring Ali Boyce, Raven Fables, The Moonshine, Gina DeNoble and Your Strange Companions. There’s a suggested donation of $5 to $10 to attend, but it is not required.
The festival continues the next day at the Washougal Art and Music Festival, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Aug. 12 at Reflection Plaza, 1703 Main St., Washougal.
Washougal Songcraft Festival is a 501(c)3 nonprofit whose mission is to foster, share and celebrate the craft of songwriting, and to develop the performing arts and creative community of Washougal.
