Sound Bath in the Park

Jenne Sharpe will offer a crystal sound bath using seven quartz crystal singing bowls from 7 to 8 p.m. Aug. 30 at Orchards Park, 9800 N.E. 54th St. in the Orchards area of Vancouver. This therapeutic experience combines the tones of crystal singing bowls with the practice of sound healing. Participants will be invited to relax, close their eyes, and allow the soothing frequencies to create a state of deep relaxation. Attendees should bring blankets to lay on.
