Western Whiskey and Barbecue at Skamania Lodge

Skamania Lodge will host a 21-and-over Western Whiskey and Barbecue event from 5 to 7 p.m. Oct. 7 in the lodge’s Moonlight Pavilion. The American West comes to Skamania during this second-annual event celebrating the spirit of cowboy life with dinner, whiskey, poetry and live music. The menu includes pork belly burnt ends with bourbon BBQ glaze, seared flat iron steak, chili-glazed hot smoked wild salmon, skillet fingerling potatoes, charred Brussels sprouts, chili-chocolate cream puffs and juniper-peach buckle. While dining, enjoy poetry by Tom Swearingen and music by Joni Harms. Tickets are $125, including dinner, two whiskey beverage tickets and entertainment.
