Hops and Harvest is a fusion of craft beer and cuisine hosted by Great Notion Brewery and Skamania Lodge at 1131 S.W. Skamania Lodge Way, Stevenson, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Nov. 4. Chef Zac Janssen will pair a curated menu with Great Notion’s certified cicerone Tom Hayden. The menu includes a Pacific seafood plate paired with an Italian Pilsner; beer cheese fondue, Wagyu beef skewers, duck pastrami, pears and grapes paired with a West Coast IPA; squash salad dressed with warm hazelnut vinaigrette paired with a New England IPA; roasted elk with wild mushroom agnolotti and maple foie gras paired with a black IPA; and apple crumb cake with sticky toffee sauce served in a pumpkin, paired with Imperial stout.
