“Greek Flavor Fest” Cooking Class

Joe Morgan of Chef Joe Cooks is offering a “Greek Flavor Fest” cooking class at 6 p.m. April 24 at Chuck’s Fresh Market in Salmon Creek, 2302 N.E. 117th St., Vancouver. Students will learn to cook a Mediterranean-inspired meal with panzanella salad, chicken souvlaki skewers, pita bread, pasta puttanesca and tiramisu parfait. Classes are priced from $75 to $120.
