La Center Arts Fair

The La Center Ars Council presents the La Center Arts Fair, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. May 11 at the Holley Park Wheel Club Community Center, 1000 E. Fourth St., La Center. The event features local artist booths, food vendors and kids’ activities. The event will begin with a performance of the Cowlitz Drummers and other arts demonstrations. Clark County Poet Laureate Susan Dingle, will create a poem for La Center and local novelist Russell Myers will read an excerpt from his recent novel, “Miss, The Target.” Demonstrations include spray-painted art and a martial arts performance by Moy Martial Arts School.
