Empty Bowls Camas is 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Sept. 17 at the Association of Western Pulp and Paper Workers Union Hall at 514 Dallas St., Camas. The event is a fundraiser for the food pantry at the InterFaith Treasure House in Camas. Everyone who buys a ticket can choose their own ceramic bowl made by a local artist to take home. Then they’ll enjoy soups made by Camas restaurants Feast at 316, Natalia’s Café, Tommy O’s, Nuestra Mesa and Grains of Wrath. There will be a raffle for three larger artists’ bowls created especially for this event. For more details and to purchase tickets ($30), see emptybowlscamas.org.
