The Southwest Washington state branch of the Royal Scottish Country Dance Society will host a Scottish Dance Party from 7:30 to 9 p.m. Nov. 1 at Columbia Dance Center, 1700 Broadway, Vancouver. No partner or previous experience is needed. Guests will receive instructions. Soft-soled shoes are recommended. Refreshments will be served after dancing. Admission is $5.
