45th Parallel Universe presents the Pyxis Quartet

Portland’s 45th Parallel Universe presents the Pyxis Quartet with a new concert from 7 to 8 p.m. April 13 at The Old Madeleine Church, 3123 N.E. 24th Ave., Portland. The concert includes Indian ragas with new American voices. Works include inti figgis-vizueta’s “Imago,” Reena Esmail’s “String Quartet (Ragamala)” and Paul Wiancko’s “American Haiku.” Tickets are $20 to $30 at 45thparallelpdx.org/concerts/american-haiku/.
