Art in Nature

Vancouver’s Water Resources Education Center, 4600 S.E. Columbia Way, Vancouver, will host an “Art in Nature” event from 9 to 11 a.m. Aug. 3. Attendees are invited to create art in the Water Center’s native plant gardens. Make sculptures from natural objects or sketch or paint plants and animals. Pencils and journals will be provided. Participants must be 10 years of age or older and youth must accompanied by an adult. The event is free but register at cityofvancouver.us/publicworks/webform/art-nature.
