BassFitz hosts Introductory Blues Workshop

BassFitz presents a two-session Introductory Blues Workshop from noon to 3 p.m. Feb. 25 and March 4 at Sons of Norway Lodge, 2400 Grant Street, Vancouver. The class fee is $30. Three instructors will teach students what a simple blues progression looks like, what a blues scale is, how improvisation works, how to play with others. Musical students will try out their vocal skills and learn strategies for playing the blues and helpful hints about using instruments for fun and expression. Class is designed for intermediate level musicians who are familiar with their instruments.
