Body Mist class at The Herb Shoppe

The Herb Shoppe, 3912 N. Mississippi Ave, Portland, is offering a fragrance mist-making class using flower essences and essential oils from 6 to 8 p.m. Oct. 26. Instructor Melia Goodenow, co-founder of Hawaiian Rainforest Naturals, will show students what flower essences are, the nine main flower essences, how to use them and how to choose them with hands-on mist-making.
