Clark College Concert Band Winter Performance

The Clark College Concert Band will present its Winter Concert at 7:30 p.m. March 15 at the Skyview High School Auditorium, 1300 N.W. 139th St., in the Salmon Creek area of Vancouver. Admission to the performance free and open to the public. Donations to the Clark College Music Department are welcome at the door. The concert opens with David Maslanka’s “Mother Earth (A Fanfare)” and continues with Hiroaki Kataoka’s “Barbaresque,” Johan de Meij’s “Gandalf,” from his “Lord of the Rings” symphony, Johann Sebastian Bach’s “Fantasia in G Major,” “Mary Shelley Meets Frankenstein” by Erika Svanoe and “Celebrations” by John Zdechlik. For more details about Clark College Music Department concerts, see clark.edu/campus-life/arts-events/music/.
