Clark College Orchestra Spring Concert

The Clark College Orchestra performs its Spring Concert at 7:30 p.m. June 9 at VSAA Royal Durst Theatre, 3101 Main St., Vancouver. The program features mezzosoprano and Laura Beckel Thoreson soloing in Leonard Bernstein’s Symphony No. 1 “Jeremiah.” Ms. Thoreson is vocal faculty at Clark College. The orchestra also plays Ernst von Dohnanyi’s Suite for orchestra in f# minor, op. 19 and Debussy’s Cortege et Air de Danse. Admission is free and the public is welcome. Donations to the Orchestra General Fund are accepted at the door.
