Clark College Sakura Festival

Clark College, the city of Vancouver and the Vancouver Rotary Club will host the annual Sakura Festival at 1 p.m. April 25, starting at the Royce Pollard Japanese Friendship Garden and continuing at 2:30 p.m. in the Gaiser Student Center.
