“Cooking for One” at the McClaskey Culinary Institute

Take a “Cooking for One” class from 10 a.m. to noon June 2 at Clark College’s McClaskey Culinary Institute, located on Clark’s main campus at 1933 Fort Vancouver Way, Vancouver. Arnie Dyer will show students how to prepare a wholesome meal for one. Participants will receive an ingredients bag with recipes to take home and recreate the meal at home.
