“Flavors of Asia” Cooking Class

Joe Morgan of Chef Joe Cooks is offering a “Flavors of Asia” cooking class at 6 p.m. May 1 at Chuck’s Fresh Market in Salmon Creek, 2302 N.E. 117th St., Vancouver. Students will learn to cook pineapple bacon fried rice, creamy shrimp curry with coconut milk, seared tuna with soy and red chiles and chicken Katsu. The class fee is $90.
