Food Preservation Workshop at Pomeroy Farm

Pomeroy Farm, 20902 N.E. Lucia Falls Rd., Yacolt, will offer a food preservation workshop at 5:30 p.m. Sept. 14. Betsy McKee will teach attendees about the ins and outs of food preservation. The class includes several different preservation methods such as freezing, dehydrating, water bath and pressure canning. The workshop also includes a book to take home. The cost is $45.
