Go Fest Pokemon Celebration

Vancouver Arena presents the Go Fest Pokemon celebration from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. July 13 and 14 at the Fort Vancouver National Historic Site. Register at pokevancouverarena.com/gofest2024 or at the registration booth on East Evergreen Boulevard on the day of the event. Once registered, participants can claim their event passport, pin and sticker, then follow the route through Vancouver to discover where all the Pokemon are hiding. Collect five uptown stamps, five midtown stamps and five downtown stamps. Collect 12 of 15 stamps for a free event shirt and entry to win a Nintendo Switch. Attendees are encouraged to come in costume to browse the many vendors, enjoy kids’ activities and cosplay events. Meet local cosplay celebrity Falinxie, get your picture taken with Ash and Pikachu, attend the cosplay meetup at 11 a.m. on June 14 and enjoy live music from noon to 5 p.m. July 13 and noon to 3 p.m. July 14. Admission is free but donations are welcome.
