HOPE Dementia Support Groups – for individuals with memory loss and their care partners

HOPE Dementia Support Group that is bi-weekly for individuals with memory loss and their care partners located at Bridgeview Resource Center, 505 Omaha Way, Vancouver, WA 98661. There are two different groups:
-1st and 3rd Monday 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
-2nd and 4th Monday 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
