Journey Theater presents “Around the World in 80 Days”

Journey Theater presents “Around the World in 80 Days,” with performances May 31 to June 1 at Magenta Theater, 1108 Main St., Vancouver. Showtimes re 7 p.m. May 31 and June 1 and 2 p.m. June 1. Advance tickets are $18 for adults or $16 for kids ages 2 to 18 and seniors over 62. Sales at the door are $2 more. The play follows adventurer Phileas Fogg and his sidekick Passepartout as they race to beat the clock in a race around the world. Fogg has agreed to an outrageous wager that puts his fortune and his life at risk. His every step is dogged by a detective who thinks he’s a robber on the run.
