Journey Theater presents Disney’s “The Little Mermaid,” July 29-Aug. 6

Journey Theater presents Disney’s “The Little Mermaid,” based on one of Hans Christian Andersen’s most beloved stories. With music by eight-time Academy Award winner, Alan Menken, lyrics by Howard Ashman and Glenn Slater, this fishy fable will capture your heart with “Under the Sea,” “Kiss the Girl” and “Part of Your World.” Performances are July 29 to Aug. 6 at Portland’s Parkrose High School, 12003 N.E. Shaver St., Portland.

Showtimes are 7 p.m. July 29, 30, Aug. 4, 5 and 6 and at 2 p.m. July 30 and Aug. 6. Tickets purchased online are $22 for adults and $15 for youth and seniors, plus a 75 cent processing fee per ticket. All tickets are $2 more at the door.
