Kids Beginning Guitar Workshop

Beacock Music will host a series of Kids Beginning Guitar Workshop July 1, 8, 15, and 22.

Classes are open to students ages 7 10 11, classes take place from 10 to 10:45 a.m. Students must bring their own guitar, instruments will not be provided.

Students will be introduced to the fundamentals of playing guitar including care, terminology, tuning, and tips on how to practice. Basic chords and strumming will be demonstrated and learned so students can play a full song by the end of the workshop. This is a great workshop for kids who are interested in guitar and thinking of starting lessons in the future. Hal Leonard Guitar Method book will be provided.
