La Center Christmas Festival

La Center’s Christmas Festival is noon to 7 p.m. Dec. 3. The celebration starts at noon with tomato soup and grilled cheese served by the Lion’s Club followed by a Christmas book reading, vendor bazaar on Fourth Street and other events such as a holiday fun run, gingerbread decorating contest, fireworks, live music, visits with Santa and the tree lighting at 4:30 p.m. Visit www.lacenterchristmasfestival.com for more info.
