“Living on the Land” Class Series

September 27, 2022 @ 6:00 pm - 8:30 pm

$35 – $50

The WSU Clark County Extension will host a class series “Living on the Land” on Tuesday evenings from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Sept. 27 through Dec. 6. The program brings in local experts to teach key stewardship principles to small acreage land caretakers. These experts give advice on pasture and livestock management, managing weeds, caring for your forest, improving wildlife habitat, soil health, stormwater management and well and septic maintenance.

Classes will be primarily online this year via Zoom with some in-person tours and classes. Registration is required. The cost is $35 per person or $50 per household. To register and find more information on “Living on the Land,” visit the WSU Extension’s website or contact Terry at Terry.Koper@wsu.edu and 564-397-5729.

WSU Extension programs and employment are available to all without discrimination. Persons requiring special accommodations should call WSU Clark County Extension at 564-397-5733 prior to the event.
