The Vancouver Barracks Military Association continues its Military History Talks at 6:30 p.m. June 22 with speaker Jeff Dacus, discussing the forms of recreation enjoyed by soldiers and their families between the founding of the garrison in 1849 and the final base closure in 2011. The fun included polo, baseball, badminton, and golf as well as musical and cultural events. This free presentation at the O.O.
