Northwest Personal Training will host a series of Chair Yoga classes every Friday June 23 through July 28 from 11 a.m. to noon.
Chair Yoga allows elderly or attendees with mobility issues to exercise in a low-impact manor. Performing poses with better alignment, more support, and less tension.
Classes will span a series of 6 meetings over the summer. Class is made to be accessible for all fitness levels and abilities.
Certified personal trainer Nick Medlock will lead the series. Attendees can register in-person at the front desk of Northwest Personal Training, located at 1011 Broadway St., or call 360-574-7292.
