The Portland Seafood and Wine Festival is March 1-3 at the Portland Expo Center. Hours are 2 to 8 p.m. March 1, noon to 8 p.m. March 2 and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. March 3. Tickets are $13 to $16. Enjoy lobster rolls, crab rolls and shrimp rolls, fresh Dungeness crab leg clusters, cheesy crab bread, Pacific clam chowder, Alaska weathervane scallops, seafood mac and cheese and Oregon pink shrimp cocktails. The festival also features 40 Oregon wineries, five breweries, 15 distillers, a martini bar, cider, seltzers and craft mocktails. Also see Seafood chef Keith Colburn of “Deadliest Catch.”
