Portland Winter Light Festival

Dive into the mysteries of the deep at the free Portland Winter Light Festival, Feb. 2-10 at various locations throughout Portland. Discover a world that glows under pressure. The festival is open 6 to 10 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays with additional pop-up locations throughout the week. Anchor locations are Pioneer Courthouse Square, World Trade Center Plaza and Electric Blocks. All event locations are accessible to people with disabilities.
