Re-Imagined Radio presents “A Christmas Carol,” from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Dec. 21 at the Kiggins Theatre, 1011 Main St., Vancouver. This family tradition has returned to the Kiggins after a two-year hiatus due to COVID. The performance is a live, in-person radio play showcasing voice actors and professional foley artists with visual backdrops. The play features The Willamette Radio Workshop, directed by Sam A. Mowry. Carols will be performed by The Holly Jolly Choir, directed by Bennet Bailey. Full concessions, beer and wine will be available during the performance. Admission is $20 if purchased in advance at kigginstheatre.com or $22 at the door. Kids’ tickets purchased at the door are $10 with a paying adult. Audience members are also encouraged to bring non-perishable food donations for Clark County Food Bank, which can be dropped off in the lobby. Doors open at 6 p.m.
This special, live performance will be offered in addition to Re-Imagined Radio’s regularly scheduled December broadcast, “A Radio Christmas Sampler Vol. II” starring Jean Shepherd, Peter Lorre and Jimmy Stewart at 1 p.m. Dec. 19 on KXRY.FM and KXRW.FM.
