Restorative Sound Healing at LiveWell Camas

This guided restorative class and sound bath will promote a state of relaxation. The restorative postures and various instruments (bowls, gong and more) may improve sleep, mood, reduce pain and improve overall well-being. Attendees should bring their own props, such as pillows, bolsters, blocks, a strap, and eye pillow or small towel.
