Seed Saving – From Harvest to Storage

NatureScaping will host a course “Seed Saving – From Harvest to Storage” at the CASEE Center, Building B, Room 205, 11104 N.E. 149th St., Brush Prairie, from 10 a.m. to noon on Jan. 21.

Employees from Garden Delights Herb Farm will teach attendees about different kinds of seeds, harvesting and saving seeds, with a special focus on cleaning harvested seeds.

Attendees will have the opportunity to get hands-on and try some cleaning and sorting methods for themselves, including folding their own seed packets using upcycled paper.
