Touchmark at Fairway Village, 2911 S.E. Village Loop, Vancouver, will host an Earth Day Walk at 2 p.m. April 21, departing from the community’s health and fitness club. Participants will enjoy a sensory walk of up to one mile through the community’s new villa homes loop and the Touchmark neighborhood. The walk supports the Canopy Project, which plants trees throughout the U.S. Brief stops throughout the walk include tapping into the senses such as an oxygen and air break led by professional fitness trainer Laura Bruce; a water station; and other senses such as touch, smell and sound. The last leg of the walk will leads to the final sensory station, which is taste at the “Earthy Hour” with earth-friendly beverages and appetizers.
