Transgender Roller Derby Documentary “Pack Is Here”

“Pack Is Here” is a documentary project made by an all-trans crew and featuring transgender roller derby athletes from Salem, Oregon’s Cherry Blossoms; Portland, Oregon’s Rose City Rollers; and Billings, Montana’s Magic City Rollers. The aim is to normalize the participation of transgender athletes by showcasing the inclusive community roller derby provides. The film’s crew will host a fundraising party from 6:3o to 10 p.m. Feb. 28 at Vault 31, 316 S.E. 123rd Ave., D4, Vancouver. Meet the crew, see a sneak preview and enjoy food and drinks.
